Chaman Restaurant was founded in 2021 with one simple mission: to bring the rich, aromatic flavours of Pakistani home cooking to the streets of New York City. Our founders grew up eating the traditional dishes of Pakistan — slow-cooked biryanis, fragrant karahi, crispy seekh kebabs, and pillowy naan fresh from the tandoor.
After years of sharing those family recipes with friends and neighbours in The Bronx, we decided to open our doors to everyone. Today, Chaman Restaurant is a beloved gathering place for the Pakistani community and food lovers from across New York City.
Every dish we serve is prepared fresh daily using the same authentic spices and techniques passed down through generations. We never cut corners, never freeze our food, and never compromise on quality.
